UV Filter Selection
Mineral (zinc oxide, titanium dioxide) or chemical filters chosen to your SPF target, reef-safe constraints, and finish — no white cast, no sting.
Phase Engineering
Oil, water, and active phases are built separately in jacketed kettles at ±1°C, then homogenized into a stable, breathable emulsion.
SPF Lab Verification
Every formula is read on a UV transmittance analyzer and sent for ISO 24443 in-vitro SPF — claims you can actually defend on label.
Water & Sweat Resistance
80-minute water resistance soak testing, sweat-cycle wear, and PA++++ UVA-PF measured before any label claim is locked.
Fill, QC & Stability
Lotions, sprays, and sticks fill in cGMP suites with microbial release and 12-week accelerated stability before dispatch.
