Manufacturing
Premium private-label color cosmetics engineered with clinical precision and editorial vision — from spectrophotometer shade match to in-house decoration.

How a Lipstick, Compact, or Foundation Actually Gets Made
Color cosmetics aren't blended — they're built. Five precision stages take raw pigment from drum to retail-ready unit, with quantitative checks at every handoff so the 1,000th compact looks identical to the first.
Pigment Dispersion
Raw pigments are wet-milled and triple-rolled to break agglomerates, locking in true color payoff and preventing streaking on skin.
Base & Binder Build
Waxes, esters, and silicones are melted in jacketed kettles at ±1°C, then married with the pigment phase under high-shear homogenization.
Spectrophotometer Shade Match
Every batch is read against your master standard in L*a*b* color space — no eyeballing, no batch-to-batch drift.
Precision Fill & Decoration
Lipstick molding, compact pressing, and liquid filling run alongside in-house silk-screening and hot-stamping for retail-ready components.
QC Release & Stability
Microbial, payoff, drop, and 12-week accelerated stability testing before any unit ships to your 3PL.

The Clean Color
Standard
Our color lab maintains a banned list of more than 1,600 ingredients still standard in traditional makeup. We prove that 12-hour wear, true-to-skin pigment payoff, and a skin-loving feel can coexist on the same compact.
Spectrophotometer Shade Match
Quantitative L*a*b* color matching against any reference — no eyeballing.
Vegan & Cruelty-Free Bases
Plant-based waxes, mineral pigments, and certified vegan emollients ready to specify.
Global Compliance
FDA, EU 1223/2009, and ASEAN-ready formulations for international launches.
Components, Decoration & Finishing
From frosted glass and aluminum compacts to silk-screening, hot-stamping, and bespoke secondary packaging — sourced and decorated under one roof.
