A serious pre-workout needs 6–8g of citrulline and 3.2g of beta-alanine before anything else goes in. Ask whether the manufacturer can run a 12–20g scoop at all, or whether their tooling forces you into an underdosed 8g serving.
This is the hardest masking job in the industry. Beta-alanine, caffeine and amino acids all fight the flavor system at once. Stock flavors do not survive a full-dose formula — you need an acid and sweetener system built for the specific matrix.
