1. The Partners This Referral Partner Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of July 7, 2026 (the "Effective Date") between:
Peakfinity Labs ("Peakfinity," "we," or "us"), and
________________________ (the "Referral Partner," "you").
Together, we're partners with a shared goal: helping great brands bring great products to market.
2. What Counts as a Referral A "Qualified Referral" is a new eCommerce brand or business that you introduce to Peakfinity Labs for supplement or cosmetic manufacturing support, where all of the following are true:
• You introduce the brand to us by email, a warm intro, or by submitting their details — and they weren't already an active prospect or client of Peakfinity Labs.
• The brand engages Peakfinity Labs for a paid manufacturing project (supplements, cosmetics, or related products).
• The brand confirms you as the source of the introduction, or we can reasonably trace the introduction back to you.
To keep things clean, just give us a quick heads-up (an email naming the brand and a contact) before or at the time of the intro so we can log it and protect your credit.
3. Your 10% Profit Share As a thank-you for each Qualified Referral, Peakfinity Labs will pay you a referral reward equal to:
10% of the Net Profit earned by Peakfinity Labs from that referred brand's manufacturing orders.
"Net Profit" means the revenue Peakfinity Labs collects from the referred brand's orders, minus the direct costs of producing and fulfilling those orders (raw materials, components, manufacturing labor, packaging, shipping, third-party fees, and applicable taxes). It does not include Peakfinity's general overhead or your referral reward itself.
The profit share applies to all manufacturing orders that referred brand places during the first twelve (12) months from their first paid order, unless we agree in writing to extend it.
Rewards are calculated per completed order and paid out once Peakfinity has been paid in full by the referred brand for that order.
4. When & How You Get Paid Payments are sent within 30 days after the close of each calendar month in which a qualifying payment was collected.
We'll include a simple statement showing the orders, the net profit, and your 10% share so everything is transparent.
Payment is made by your preferred method (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.). You're responsible for any taxes on the rewards you receive.
5. How We'll Treat Each Other We promise to keep you in the loop on referrals you send, to be honest about the numbers, and to treat the brands you introduce with the same care we'd give our own. In return, we ask that you only refer brands you genuinely believe in, represent Peakfinity Labs honestly, and avoid making promises on our behalf that we haven't agreed to.
6. Confidentiality From time to time we may share non-public information (pricing, formulations, client details). Please keep anything marked or reasonably understood to be confidential just between us, and use it only to make great referrals. The same goes for us with anything you share.
7. Independent Partners This Agreement makes us referral partners — not employer and employee, and not a legal partnership or joint venture. You can't sign contracts or take on obligations on Peakfinity's behalf, and you're free to run your own business however you like.
8. Term & Ending the Agreement This Agreement starts on the Effective Date and continues until either of us ends it with 30 days' written notice. If we part ways, you'll still receive any profit share already earned on Qualified Referrals made before the end date, for the remainder of their 12-month window.
9. The Fine Print This Agreement is the full understanding between us on referrals and replaces any earlier conversations on the topic. Any changes need to be in writing and signed by both of us. It's governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. If any part can't be enforced, the rest still stands.
