Peakfinity Labs makes private label electrolyte and hydration products for sports, wellness and everyday brands. We blend, fill and pack hydration powders in single-serve stick packs, tubs and pouches, and we also run electrolyte capsules and tablets. Our family has manufactured supplements since 1980, and we produce at company-owned facilities, with our US headquarters and warehouse in Exton, Pennsylvania.

We match the sodium, potassium and magnesium levels to that audience, then choose the carbohydrate source, sweetener system and flavor. Salty minerals taste harsh, so our flavor team runs sample rounds until the drink tastes clean. Electrolyte blends pull moisture from the air, so we control humidity during blending and filling to keep each pack accurate and free-flowing.
Brands that want to launch fast can pick a hydration formula from our private label catalog and add their own branding. Brands with a specific ratio or ingredient story can work with our formulators through prototyping services. We tell you up front what each route involves, and we quote every project on its own scope.
Our facilities hold cGMP, FDA registration, NSF, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, Halal, Kosher and USDA Organic certifications. Our ISO 17025 lab tests incoming materials and finished batches, and each batch ships with a certificate of analysis. See our certifications.
We review your Supplement Facts panel and keep claims within structure/function language, such as "supports hydration" or "helps replenish electrolytes lost in sweat." Stick packs carry a small panel, so we plan the layout early.
We produce in our own facility and hold finished goods at our Exton, Pennsylvania warehouse, so US channels can restock from domestic inventory while the next batch is in production.
