Naturals and aromachemicals weighed to 0.01g, IFRA category checked, and the juice cold-blended in stainless before any solvent is added.
Maceration & Filtration
Alcohol or oil maceration cycles develop the dry-down, then chill-filter and polish for crystal-clear bottling — no haze, no sediment.
Bottling, Crimping & Decoration
Glass, atomizers, rollers, and luxury caps filled, crimped under torque control, and decorated with hot-stamp, silk-screen, or sleeve.
Stability, IFRA & Release
Color, scent, and crystallization tracked through accelerated stability with full IFRA, allergen, and CPNP documentation handed over on release.
