Powder supplement capacity: from blend weight to finished packs

Work with our US team in Exton, PA and our own 350,000 sq ft cGMP, FDA-registered facility. Start with the weight of powder in each pack and the number of packs you need. A blending figure in kilograms does not confirm a finished-pack schedule.

Work with the Peakfinity Labs US team in Exton, PA to review your powder manufacturing requirements. Our facility capabilities include powder blending, stick-pack filling, and sachet packaging. Send the format and fill weight with your forecast so we can discuss the production route.

Production resources for your next stage

Work with our US team in Exton, PA on your production brief. Peakfinity Labs, a division of Vasu Healthcare, brings manufacturing experience since 1980 and our own 350,000 sq ft cGMP, FDA-registered facility to your project.

Across our manufacturing operation, we have capacity of 1.2M+ units per day and around 6 lines per format. That capacity covers our operation across formats. Ask our team to confirm the allocation and open slot for your order. Send the piece count, finished-pack count, and required receipt date so our team can review the allocation for your product.

Separate blending capacity from packing capacity

A supplier may quote a batch weight, a day's blending rate, or a month's pack count. Ask the team to identify the step behind each number. Request the operating period and the assumptions behind the estimate.

Review finished-pack requirements by format. A tub, a pouch, and a box of stick packs need distinct specifications. Define whether your order quantity counts individual sticks, retail boxes, or shipping cartons.

    Review the blending systems

Our powder manufacturing page lists V-blenders in a 500 to 5,000 liter range, continuous ribbon blenders, and intensive paddle mixers. It lists fluid-bed granulators and temperature-controlled mixing.

A vessel volume in liters does not establish your batch weight in kilograms. Ask our team to review the powder and the working fill before quoting a commercial batch size. Request the equipment allocation for your project as part of the capacity review.

Share the formula and packaging together

Send the ingredient list and your approved product specification. Include the serving size, flavor target, and reference sample. Ask the production team how it will assess blending and filling for your formula.

Our facilities page lists in-process checks for mixing, weight variation, and uniformity. Ask which checks apply to your powder and what your team will receive with the batch release. Agree the scope before comparing quotes.

Write a brief for the format you intend to sell

    FormatInclude in your brief
Tubs or jarsFill weight, container, closure, seal, scoop requirement, label
PouchesFill weight, pouch specification, closure, label or print details
Stick packs or sachetsFill weight per piece, film specification, pieces per retail pack
Bulk supplyBulk pack specification, receiving requirements, downstream packing plan

Ask us to confirm support for the proposed packaging before ordering components. Your team's approval of a formula and its approval of a package should refer to the same finished product.

Review scale-up before committing to the largest order

Use pilot work to examine the proposed product and process. Request the observations and test results your team needs for the commercial decision. A bench sample gives you a starting point for that review.

Our facilities support pilot batching and custom R&D. Discuss the appropriate trial size and the commercial batch requirement with us. We do not publish a powder blender model or maximum batch weight on this page because those details need a project review.

Connect the next production run to inventory coverage

Send your sales forecast by SKU, with separate demand for each pack size. Include the date you need stock at your warehouse and any planned promotion. Ask the manufacturer to distinguish production, testing, and transport in the schedule.

Our scale-production service explains the broader planning conversation. Review our facility capabilities and certification documents as part of supplier qualification.

Timelines and terms for your production plan

We offer rush production in 2-3 weeks and formulation in 4-8 weeks. Our team will confirm the project scope and start date for each stage in your quote. Formulation, production, and transport require separate planning; a rush production window does not promise stock at your warehouse within that window.

Qualified buyers can access Net 30 up to Net 60 terms. Discuss qualification and the terms for your order with our team before committing to the inventory plan.

Production experience from our own brands

We operate Reclaime, a liquid supplement brand, and Fleava, a topical hair-care brand. Our Reclaime case study reports $2.5M+ in revenue in under 12 months and 70,000+ bottles shipped. Our Fleava case study reports seven-figure brand revenue scale.

Use these cases to examine formulation, packaging, and repeat-supply decisions. They describe liquid and topical products. Review the capacity and process for your own format with our team; these results do not promise your brand's sales or production output.
